C-Series Nodularizer

Product description

Nodulizer, also known as rare earth ferro silicon magnesium alloy, is an additive that promotes the crystallization of graphite into spherical in cast iron. The main components of nodulant are spheroidizing elements, such as Mg, Ce, Ca and so on. The spheroidal graphite in nodular cast iron is formed by spheroidizing the molten iron of cast iron, which makes its strength much higher than that of gray cast iron, and its toughness is better than that of malleable cast iron, while still maintaining a series of advantages of gray cast iron.

Features

1.Make flake graphite spherical;
2.Its performances that contains strong spheroidizing ability, stable composition and reaction, no anti-recession, which makes the spherical graphite not be deformed for a long time.

Size and Package

Powder products are supplied in 25kg woven bag or plus 1MT plastic woven bag.
Please note that the chemical composition, size and packaging of the above products can be customized according to customers' requirements.

Applications

1.The magnesium content of 4%, 5%, 5.5% belongs to the low magnesium nodulizer, RE is between 1% and 2%, mostly used in intermediate frequency furnace smelting and low sulfur iron liquid nodularization. It has the advantages of slow spheroidizing reaction and easy absorption of spheroidizing elements.
2.The magnesium content of 6% and 7% belongs to the medium magnesium nodulazer, which is mostly used for cupola furnace, electric furnace double smelting, or intermediate frequency furnace smelting pearlitic type ductile iron castings. According to the wall thickness of the casting and the sulfur content of the original molten iron, we can determine the appropriate amount of nodulizer to be added.
