Product description

FeTi cored wire is a strong oxidant, and the deoxidation capacity is much higher than that of silicon and manganese. Feeding the FeTi cored wire in the steel, the reaction is stable and uniform, secondary oxidation can be avoided, and the inclusion floats quickly; it can accurately control the composition of microalloying elements in steel and improve the qualification rate of molten steel.

Performance and Features

1. FeTi cored wire is a strong oxidant, and the deoxidation capacity is much higher than that of silicon and manganese. The addition of titanium to cast iron helps the formation of fine crystalline graphite, and also plays the role of degassing, gestation, purification and refinement of casting structure, and improves the wear resistance of castings.

2. Feeding the titanium iron cored wire in the steel, the reaction is stable and uniform, secondary oxidation can be avoided, and the inclusion floats quickly; It can accurately control the composition of microalloying elements in steel and improve the qualification rate of molten steel.

Applications

FeTi cored wire is mainly used for X70, X80 and other high-grade pipeline steel, A32, A36, D32, D36 other ship plate steel, stainless steel and other molten steel microalloying treatment, can accurately control the composition of microalloying elements in steel, improve the qualification rate of molten steel. It has a strong nitrogen fixation effect and can reduce alloy consumption, production costs, at the same time can also improve the strength of steel, so that steel to obtain good low-temperature toughness (different titanium content of core wire can be used according to different requirements).
