Performance and Features

Ferro silicon magnesium alloy (Nodulizer) is remelting alloy composed of rare earth, magnesium, silicon and calcium. It has high specific strength and specific stiffness, excellent casting performance, and high damping and vibration resistance. It is easy to recycle and has a very wide range of application prospects.  

Applications

FeSiMg(high Mg) is mainly used in the production of nodularization cored wire. It is an excellent nodulizer with strong effect of deoxidation and desulfurization. Ferro silicon magnesium can make flake graphite spherical when casting iron. Its performance contains strong spheroidizing ability, stable composition, and reaction, and no anti-recession, which makes the spherical graphite not be deformed for a long time. It is favored by aerospace, electronic communications, and automotive industries.
