Φ9/13mm; the inner packaging is packed in plastic film and the outer packaging is equipped with the steel cage, one coil for one steel cage.

Performance and Features

Ferro silicon magnesium alloy (Nodulizer) is remelting alloy composed of rare earth, magnesium, silicon and calcium. It has high specific strength and specific stiffness, excellent casting performance, and high damping and vibration resistance. It is easy to recycle and has a very wide range of application prospects.  

Applications

High magnesium nodulant cored wire is mainly used in spheroidal graphite foundries and cast iron plants. It used as nodulant in the casting process to save costs  in furnace production. And it is relatively environmentally friendly, easy to use and less dangerous for workers.

FeSiMg cored wire has high specific strength and specific stiffness, excellent casting properties and high damping and vibration resistance, so it is favored by industries such as aerospace, electronic communications and automotive industries.
